Do you have an idea for that next big brand? For over a decade now, PCCI conducts an annual search for Best Business Idea and Development Award (BIDA).

Last year’s theme being, “Creating Innovative Mindsets among Young Entrepreneurs”. The timing is impeccable as innovation and technological disruptions are among the widely talked-about subject in today’s business sector.

Business Idea and Development Award aims to develop and promote creative Filipino entrepreneurs among students, conceptualized to bring out the entrepreneurial spirit and creativeness of the youth sector.

To this date, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, the chamber’s Chairman for Education continues to pursue the commitment of PCCI to play a big role in the creation of wealth in the countryside through agriculture, manufacturing and service.

BIDA aims to

• Recognize creative or innovative products and services using available local, indigenous or recycled materials
• Develop entrepreneurial culture among Filipino youth
• Promote and develop a sense of nationalism among Filipino youth through product or service development
• Promote entrepreneurship as major component in our Economic Sustainable Development
