Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno confirms to open the 45th Philippine Business Conference (PBC) Expo on 16 October 2019 at a courtesy visit by the PBC & E Organizing Committee led by its Chair, Dr. William Co and PCCI President Ma. Alegria Sibal Limjoco.

Moreno also animatedly shared his accomplishments and programs for the business sector, among others, the approval of the General Tax Amnesty to encourage businesses to clear their book of accounts and settle their unpaid taxes in the City of Manila. He also announced that his government is now implementing a one day processing of business permits, which will soon be available in all Metro Manila malls.
