A shining day highlighted some of Cebu’s prominent personalities as The Freeman, Oldest Publication of Cebu honors the great influence these Cebuanos has imparted globally.

A weeklong photo exhibit was unveiled at the Northwing of SM City Cebu. VIP Guests such as Cebu City Vice Mayor Mike Rama, Liloan  City Mayor Maria Frasco, Cebu 5th district Congressman Duke Frasco, Councilor and former PBA player Don Don Hontiveros among others marvelled with photos of their fellow Cebuanos.

Governor Gwendolyn Garcia headed the ribbon cutting ceremony together with fellow VIP Cebuanos. Mr. Bob Segovia, Managing Director of ADP Pharma, Novuhair collaborated with the ceremony.
